Prices are per bottle in THB excluding 7% VAT

Minimum Orders and Delivery Conditions:

Bangkok (inner-city), Pattaya (inner-city), Hua Hin (inner-city), Phuket and Samui:

• Minimum order is 6 mixed bottles of wines or 4,000 THB excluding VAT per invoice
• Free same day delivery for orders placed Monday to Friday and paid before 1.30pm
• Orders paid after 1.30 pm will be delivered the next day.
• Deliveries 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. No delivery on Sunday.

Other Destinations:

• Minimum order is 12 mixed bottles of wines or 4,000 THB excluding VAT per invoice
• Free delivery within 48-72 hours by 3rd Party Logistic for orders placed Monday to Friday and paid before 1.30pm.
• Deliveries 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. No delivery on Sunday.

Beer and Mineral Water are sold by full case only , no pick and match, and subject to our minimum orders conditions.

Refunds

If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase and the products are still in its original condition, return of the items can be arranged at your expense, and the refund will be in the form of a credit for spending in your next order, with no expiration date.

For incorrect transactions or overpayment, the amount will be refunded within an estimate of 30 days depending on your bank account.
