returns & exchanges

We do offer free Returns & Exchanges when:

  1. Returns & Exchanges accepted within 30 days from purchase date with original receipt of sale
  2. You are a Wine Pro Member
  3. Bottles should be at least 80% Full upon return
  4. Wine shows an obvious fault
  5. Spoiled wine can be exchanged within 30-days from purchase date.
  6. The wine bottle or enclosure is broken (but not opened)
  7. An incorrect order has been delivered

 

We do not offer free Returns & Exchanges when:

  1. You have damaged the product
  2. You are requesting a Return or Exchange (including spoiled wine) 31 days or more from your original purchase date
  3. You would like to exchange the order remotely, in which case the customer are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the items to Wine Pro. The customer may also be responsible for shipping costs to send replacement wines to their delivery address.
  4. You are unable to provide your original receipt of sale

 

The following conditions apply:

  1. Any unopened return/exchange product must be returned in its original condition and following criteria above within 30 days in order to allow the exchange (For open wine bottles, they must be at least 80% full)
  2. If the alternative exchange item is higher in value, you must pay for the difference in amount
